- Retained post-merger to ensure business hit sales targets and successfully merged the two companies
- Renegotiated key supplier and customer contracts to adapt to the latest music industry changes
- Worked hard to keep the team together following Directors exit from the business.
- Designed and set up a new logistics centre, accounts division and warehouse in North of England, and oversaw relocation of existing operations from London.
- Managed integration of the computer system, including upgrading and relocating servers.
- Disposed of London logistics centre, and sourced new premises for remaining London staff.
